Need business account bad credit score

Hi
I noticed some threads on here from some years ago which some of the info is now out of date.
I am in alot of debt due to my partner being made redundant over a year ago and my credit score is now very poor.
We have just started our own company distributing and need an account to pay lots of cheques into (not ok on personal account) but most banks do credit cheques and wont allow it.
Can anyone help?
