Roller Shutter/Door Remote Issue

Help please....

We have a roller shutter controlled using remote key fobs. (The guy who fit our unit (4 years ago), has left town)

The key fobs are playing up. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. I'm going to change the batteries later

But in the meantime, I'm after a new set of remote key fobs that we could program to be used on our remote unit. Is this possible?

If so - from where? and how?

new batteries normally do the job.
if you need new fobs, contact the actual door makers.
try ebay too.
