Yes... lost nearly 1.5stone in weight.. like my debt I've got a long way to go!!! I'm abit peed as I've pulled a ligament in my foot, not while doing my 5 mile run... BUT in the shower! Might take 4-6 weeks to heal.. but I've got a Sponsored run in 2 weeks!!!
I guess I'm an all or nothing kind of girl... but when you have nothing to lose you might as well go for it!!b
