I have seen an offer on bt website offering a dabs.com voucher if I go back to them for calls,has anyone taken up this offer? thank you

I have taken up the offer and I'm now in a battle to get the vouchers... long way for a short cut0

Dabs com is a BT company, so it shouldn't be difficult for them to sort this out...0

It shouldn't have difficult to sort but after much faffing ( being told the voucher would be issued in 10 days... 3 times) I managed to get my voucher on the 5th of April. I placed my order same day and was told by the very nice sales assistant that it would be with me in 3 days... I 'm still waiting and now can't get through to anyone! lol0
