Paying capital one cc

I need to pay them from by bank account but cant find their bank details to set up a payment, also when i put capital one in company box they dont bring my card ref up?

Any ideas, or can I pay by phone?

If you have a debit card you can pay them online via their website.

as previous poster mentioned you can use debit card on line or get landline number from saynoto0870 ring them up and they will arrange direct debit from your account which you can cancel in the future if you want:)

we pay by standing order, its easier to control how much and which day you pay - i think on the back of the statements it has the numbers to set up a standing order,

From the Capital website in the FAQ's under payments ;-

If your bank offers a standing order service, telephone or internet banking, the Capital One bank account details to use are: Bank account number 81077082 sort code 40-02-50. Please contact your bank by either going into one of their branches, by phone or through your online account. Please quote the 16 digit number on your Capital One credit card, with no spaces or dashes, as a reference. This will ensure your payment reaches your account as quickly as possible. Please allow 5 working days for processing.

FYI - Capital One accept Faster Payments to those details.

So if your bank sends your payment as a Faster Payment, the amount will credit almost immediately
