new to dmp - are there any good HSBC/MBNA stories out there

HSBC started phoning me everyday between 5 and 10 times a day when we first started on our DMP, from 8am -9pm and in the end I had to go to the branch and tell them to stop harrassing me or I would report them for harrassment.
They have even refused payment from CCCS and then phone asking me to make payment... I just tell them quite calmly (now, I used to shout and even cry at them) 'I cannot pay you what I do not have, I am on a DMP please contact CCCSto discuss this further.'
I give them the answers/excuses that they just give me everytime I have contacted them in the past...Proud to be me, proud to be who I am!!0 -
I had the problem of them ringing me at work, i just rang up and said i was moving office so that number is now void. I gave them an old mobile number i had sitting in the draw instead. This stopped them wanting another work number.DFW NERD 276: Proud to be dealing with my debts.Champagne taste and lemonade money!!!
