Following geting caught out by a fraudulent seller on ebay I have just got £105 back via the claim back on paypal - they say that if the amount exceeds this they will try and get the balance back on my behalf - this is said in a standard resolution email.........and it also says no further action is required by me at this time.................
I am naturally confused as I was under the impression that they would simply get back the minmum amount under the protection level which equates to £105 after they take thier £15 fee (that annoys me as it was not my fault he was a fraud)..............do I claim the rest of the money owed back via my credit card or do I leave it to paypal and hope for the best?
thanks in advance

If it was a purchase you made via paypal funded by your credit card then I would talk to the credit card people to get all of you money back. I would not hold my breath waiting for paypal to get you the rest of your money.0
