anyone have or know where i can obtain a circuit drawing for the y22dth engine??
i have only got the x20dtl from my vauxhall days so not quite good enough for what i need it for.
basically engine was running fine stopped for a few hours then refused to start back up again.personally i think it is injector seal or leak off pipe related but the garage in cornwall think fuel pump in tank fault.
hopefully it is getting recovered to mine in a couple of days for me to have a look so any advice appreciated.

It will probably be the leak off pipes.
However, that 2.0/2.2diesel engine was a swine when it went wrong. fuel pumps are prone too.0 -

i remember doing the pipes/T pieces and injector seals at vauxhall, usually for non starting in morning mainly if parked facing uphill.
this one is a strange one where it was working fine then few hours later nothing.
garage seem to think electric fuel pump in tank at fault,i cannot remember for the life of me whether the vectra 2.2dti had a pump in tank??? as i presume the 9-3 will be exactly the same set up.
will have to wait until car arrives and have a proper look.0 -
