quite often when i go to a webpage i get a box that says " A runtime error has occurred , do you wish to debug? .. with then some detail... like.... .. just in the last few minutes i've had ....
"Line 1 error calendar pop up is undefined"
or
"Line 546 null is null or not an object"
or
" Line 11 permision denied"
Then there is a yes or no box to click.
i go for the "no" and it does away.
What are they??... have i a problem??.. and most imporantly .. what can i do to stop them occurring.
thanks .

It's caused by a problem on the web site, not your computer, though it might mean that the web page doesn't display properly.
To fix, in Internet Explorer, click Tools - Internet Options - Advanced tab. Make sure 'Display a notification about every script error' is unticked and click OK.0 -
chippy , checked that ... the box was already un-ticked ?0
-
Also tick the 2 'Disable Script Debugging' boxes.
And clear the IE cache: Tools - Internet Options - Delete Files.0 -
chippy... the second one "other" needed ticking.
did that .. fingers crossed ..looks as though it's sorted.
You're a hero !!..
must find the detail on the other irriating thing i get .. something about network connections ......
