I didn't use these guys myself, but plenty of Download Festival goers did with terrible results. A little investigation reveals they actually changed their T&C's on the day of the festivial incinuating that all purchasers were 'guinea pigs' for the company.
A real interesting read, especially for anyone attending Leeds Fest and Bloodstock as they are going to be there this year!
