I've just noticed that Sister Act is finishing on October 30th. We're planning to go to London early October to catch a flight and I want to go see it the night before. The tickets would be in the Upper Circle, would you still get a reasonable view? They are priced at £25- £45
Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!

Check out a website called theatremonkey for seating advice.
Are you sure those seats are the Royal Circle? They're listed as top price seats (£62.50) so hope you're using an offer. Check though as they could be seats higher up than the Royal Circle.0 -
£19.40 row M or £40 .60 other rowsLoved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0

£19.40 That sounds very much like the very back of the Upper Circle £17.50 plus booking fee? - the last row of the highest level of the theatre!! But it is face value for the ticket!
There is no Row M in the Royal Circle.
However, reviews on Row M of the Upper Circle on theatremonkey point out it is very high (and vertigo inducing if you don't like heights) but the view is clear even though it is distant! But you get what you pay for!
The other tickets I would guess are £37.50 face value plus a booking fee to make £40.60 which covers row C-I of the Upper Circle.
Who are you booking with that's telling you they're Royal Circle Seats - unless it's an offer you've managed to find?
But do check the theatremonkey website... it has reviews from many of the seats in the theatres about views and legroom given by the people who have sat in them. It's really useful.0 -
It is ticketmaster, the only additional costs are £2.50 for postage of ticketsLoved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0

Just had a quick look - the seats are in the Upper Circle not the Royal Circle.
A you can choose your own seats on Ticketmaster go for row E-G as central as you can if £40.60 is tour budget per seat.
Row M is, as I've said, last row of the Upper Circle - very high.
Be aware that all seats have limited legroom and are very high.0 -
I booked for the October schools week at the end of June through hitthetheatre.co.uk, after doing some research to get the best deal possible. I paid £129 for 3 tickets, including booking fee. I don't know where the seats are, but have been told that they are in the satlls or royal circle. Hope this helps0

I took my friend with another friend to see Sister Act last week (20 July) and it was brilliant!
I managed to get very reasonable seats from westendtheatre.com who are the same as Encore tickets. They worked out about £45 each including booking fee for Dress/ROYAL circle Row H(3-5). Views were good but a little to the right of the stage. However as people didnt show up next to us, we moved round a little for a better view. So from seat 6 upwards would be good I expect!0 -
Hi,
We went to see it about a month ago, strolled into the box office about 2:30 on the day of the show (Thurs) and said, we have a budget of about £30 a ticket, whats the best you can do for that price? (We looked humble and smiled a lot) he said, I can do you two for one on the best tickets. Which is what we got, about 6 rows back, dead centre for £31 each rather than the usual £62! We were gob smacked at the deal. The ticket office guy said, always come direct to us, we will always offer the best price, even over the discount centres.
Also, quick heads up. Whoopi Goldberg, is going a 3 week stint sometime around October (i think) if so, this will book up fast!
Oh and....... it was BRILLIANT, utterly recommended.0 -
I hope this is true as we are in London during the weekend and I was hoping to try my chances by going to a few shows and as their are three of us 2 for 1 would be good but would meen the thrid person paying full price....

Try the TKTS booth in Leicester Square - they sell half price tickets for that days performance (so all 3 would be half price). They add £3.00 per ticket booking fee.
