Paphos is probably closest. Larnaca can't be much further away though.

Why not ask the question on the Armed Forces board?

Not much in it between Larnaca and Paphos. If they're hiring a car or you're picking them up by car, it will make so little difference they should just fly to whichever they can get the cheapest/most convenient flight to. Regarding the possibility of them flying to Akrotiri direct on a military flight, it's not something I know about unfortunately.

Won't be able to fly into Aki - can't take an indulgence flight. Paphos & larnaca both about the same distance. Roads are good and fast from Larnaca, not sure about Paphos as we didn't live on that side. But Aki and Paphos are on the same side of Limassol.

If you're picking them up, then look at which airport has flights arriving at the best time - most of them seem to arrive in the middle of the night! Shame about the indulgences - Cyprus for £40 one way anyone!! You can also be bumped off indulgences right at the last minute - even when you're sitting on the plane. Plus the plane (as I'm sure you know) isn't exactly luxurious!!! Remind them its a 5 hr flight - so beware of cheap airlines!! Speaking from experience
Me, OH, grown DS, (other DS left home) and Mum (coming up 80!). Considering foster parenting. Hints and tips on saving £ always well received. Xx

March 1st week £80 includes a new dog bed though £63 was food etc for the week.
