Price falls after buying

Hi,
I've purchased an item off Amazon only to find that 2 days later (before my order has been despatched), the price has been reduced.
Under DSR or any other legislation, am I able to claim a refund of the difference, or do I have to go through the procedure of cancelling and returning under DSR?
Thanks!

nope you are entitled to nothing. Either return it for a refund under DSR then re buy it at the reduced price, or you could appeal to Amazon's nature and they may refund the difference for you its been done in the past.
And how long before someone posts "If the price had gone up would you offer to pay more" lmao0 -
Should add that if you return it Amazon, you are obliged to pay the return postage costs.0

If the price has gone up, would you pay the new price?0

I only have one more to go on MSE bingo before I get a full house now!
All I need now is "Yes, [internet site] can cancel your order if they make a mistake on the price"...Squirrel!If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
Now 20% cooler0 -

If the reduction in price is more than the return postage, then return it under the Distance Selling Regs, and purchase again. If not, then c'est la vie.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
