I'm part of a forum using this software and we've installed a mobile skin and I wondered if it would be worth doing that here?
Sometimes when I'm waiting for people and or appointments etc, I'll have a quick read of the forum, but each page takes ages to load. On my phone, it loads all the images and links in the header bar, and then the right hand side bar, and then the forum page. It takes ages to look at anything and if I'm in a poor signal area, the forum is pretty much unusable.
On the mobile skin, it strips out all the headers and side bars and then strips the posts down to text only. All avatars and sigs are removed too. It makes it much quicker to load on a mobile phone and it's easier to read stuff on the go.
If you want to see it in action, the site I have is here:
https://www.blackcatchat.net/forums
If you go down to the bottom left hand side, there is a drop down menu with "default" listed. Change the to "mobile" for an example of what I'm talking about.
Not sure how many people try to use the site on mobiles though. No point changing it if it's just me

Here I go again on my own....
