2 year old Alfies cancer donations

I don't know if this has been posted about before, but I was sent it by a friend on another forum.

Very upsetting story, we don't have kids but I can only imagine what it must feel like. I hope they can raise the money they need and get little Alfie back on his feet with a long future ahead of him. We usually try to donate to cancer research when we can (the wife worked in Oncology dept for a few years and saw some horrible things), but I'm going to try to give some to this instead.
