Sectioning off bottom half of garden....

i'm looking purchasing this archway

http://www.homebase.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=20001&partNumber=7201709&c_4=4%7Ccat_14287604%7CArches%7C14287607&c_3=3%7Ccat_14280522%7CGarden+structures%7C14287604&c_2=2%7Ccat_16849255%7CGarden+sheds%2C+buildings+and+storage%7C14280522&c_1=1%7Ccategory_root%7CGardening%7C16849255

and was wandering if i would be able to fix a square trellis to each side so that it just about meets the fence on one side and the garage on the other (so that it totally sections off the bottom half with just a view through the arch) and then grow climbers over the arch and up the trellis'
I cant find anything on the internet that suggests this is possible or any images etc...
Can someone lend an ear of advice as to how i could do this please...

My concern about the idea is the strength of the trellis fixings if just attached to the arch and fence, particularly as it will be load carrying and present a "sail" to a strong wind. I'd be tempted to use 4" x 4" treated posts either side of arch and use postmix to make them firm in the ground (dig post hole, put post in position, add postmix, then water, keep upright and true (use spirit level) for a few minutes until it has set firm enough to leave. Allow to harden overnight before attaching arch and trellis)

Attach arch to the 2 posts, then the trellis, which can either be fixed to fence and garage (if they are secure enough) using battens or by using more 4" x 4" posts concreted in as before.

can you suggest an alternative method of sectioning it off then as opposed to what i suggested as it could prove quite difficult to post it in my garden.
    An alternative would be better

Instead of wooden trellis why don't you try something like this mesh?

As it's pretty lightweight (lighter than a trellis anyway) it could be stapled to the arch you want to buy and once your trailing plants take hold they will also support it.
