Jet2holidays

Hi has anyone used jet2holidays, are they any good. We have seen a holiday to Tunisa and they seem to be the cheapest.
We have seen it with thomas cook, but the baggage allowance is only 15kg compared to jet2 20kg, also thomas cook charge for transfers and jet2 don't. It is nine pounds dearer per person at the moment with thomas cook, orginally it was about fourty pounds dearer with thomas cook when we first looked.
It would be about fifty eight pounds dearer with thomas cook and less baggage allowance. Would thomas cook price match it and and the baggage allowance.
