Add Favourites to Office programs

Hello,
I previously had Favourites in the left column in Open/Save As boxes in Word/Excel/Powerpoint, but after a server rebuild this has gone.
Can anyone tell me how to put Favourites again in this list along with 'My Recent Documents', 'Desktop' etc
