Kenyan Holiday - Book months in advance or Last minute?

We used African Safari Company and found them quite good. This was some years ago and was last minute. We stayed at their resort in Malindi (which I think is no longer offered). If I was to return to Kenya, I would have no hesitation in using them again.
If you want to go on safari, then check your travel insurance. At the time, our insurers would only insure us on safaris organised in the uk otherwise we would need to pay a premium.0
