Shutters

Has anyone had interior shutters fitted instead of curtains? If so, are you pleased with them or do you wish you hadn't chosen them?

I'd like to have some in my bedroom but don't know if there's any drawbacks. (no pun intended!)

    Not and open and closed case (boom boom), They will only fit certain window styles and do take a lot of light off the windows. They are also quite trendy so the prices can be very different. Look nice on tall, wide windows.
