i signed up for talk talk whilst in whsmith (there was a sales agent)as it seemed like a cheaper option
got given date for instalation chappy never turned up so i phoned them and they told me that bt had canceled my transfer (i owe some money to bt but am paying this off) so they were cancelling my order
but they could do the line them selves so i said ok so get a new date for installation again engineer does not turn up
so i phone again and get told order has been put on hold as my credit rating is now not good enough and they want me to apy 70.00 up front i said no thanks and left it at that
come to get money out of account last week and theres nowt in there so check statement and find that talk talk have helped themselves to the 70 quid so i ring up give them some choice words and they agree to put it back in
so i then go to the bank to cancel the direct debit they set up
today io recieve some rather nasty letters telling me that i need to pay my account by direct debit and i was wrong to cancel it and unless i reinstated my service will be cut
but what i dont understand waht service my phone lines as dead as a dodo and they informed they could not go ahaead with it
anyone have any suggestions of what i should do

Ring them and ask them why they have taken money from your account and why they are billing you, when they themselves have told you that they can't offer you their services.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0

The letter may be a standard letter and the person pressing the buttons to send it haven't read the notes on your file.
