Ebay deleted category? Local services, professional and business

Hi,

Please does anyone know what has happened to the category on ebay called "local services - professional and business"?

We have had a classified ad there for ages, it's expired but when we went to relist this time it says the category no longer exists - have tried to search but can't find anything similar.

Have ebay simply done away with the whole category so you can't advertise office services any more?!

Ever so grateful for any help on this if anyone knows anything as we found this category so useful.

I'm sure I read very recently, ie in the last month, that these were now withdrawn.

If it isn't in announcements I'm not sure where else to suggest you look, I may have stumbled across the announcement by accident.

What a pain!!! Thank you - I must have just deleted that announcement when it was sent through. Wonder why they have done this?

No money in it for them and too many pyramid scams using it.


I hate the ads sometimes, makes a mess of the listings when searching.
