Tesco £9 finest meal deal for £6.50 if you buy 6!!!!

OMG - can't believe how much I've saved. I usually go shopping first thing Friday morning, so can't get the deal, as you can't buy wine before 10 o clock. So,last night, headed out to Tesco, and am sooo happy with my bargain.

Got 8 packs of Chicken Kiev (put straight in the freezer), 4 fish pie, 3 sticky toffee puds, 3 caramel tarts and 6 bottles of Shiraz. total came to £135.31. Discount for meal deal was £81.31, and discount for wine was £14.99,so total to pay was £39.01!!!!!!!!! Considering the wine is £10 a bottle, it's an absolute bargain. If my freezer had any more room, I'd be back for more!

Just wondering - do you get points on the total before the discount or is it points on what you actually pay? Really wish I could take up this offer but freezer is chockablock full!

I just did this & it worked fine. 6 bottles of the Yaldara, 12 assorted mains & 6 desserts for £39.01. Saved £98.56 (would have been even more if I'd chosen more expensive mains). Even better than the M&S meal deal, wish I had more freezer space!
Oh, & I got 2 points per £1 spent, so 78 on this purchase.
Also managed to pick up 2 bottles of the 85 wash Surf small & mighty (on offer at £5) so a good shop!

:TThankyou so much for pointing this offer out :T My fridge is full of gorgeous looking food :DIn total I got 12 mains, 6 puds, 3 bottle of £8 white & 3 bottle of the red. Before discount it came to £123.17 :eek: but then £69.17 was taken off for the meal & £13.50 was taken off for the wine so my bill came to a grand total of...£40.50 :j:T:j saving a massive £82.67 :j:D Yeah can you tell I'm happy

Same here, quote for 6 meals is 54 pounds although the two mains vice main and side is still good. At what point did the wine discount show up? I went as far as checkout but stopped there. Congrats to all those who got the wind discount anyway.
