e-sure car insurance

My car renewal came in from e-sure for the 4th year running at only 186.16 including legal cover. I checked confused.com, insure supermarket etc. just to ensure it was a good deal. Then when I phoned to put my dh on my insurance because he passed his test last Tuesday :j they told me there's no further charge on the premium.

I was shocked, and although I have no idea what e-sure are like to claim from (I have 12 yrs no claims bonus) I wanted to say I thought this was great service. And the guy I spoke to on the phone was Scottish like myself so I asked him to put it in the customer feedback that it was nice to find a company using home-grown telephone manning.:D
