    Hi

I used Blinds.net.uk for white wooden venetian blinds in my sons house. The product is middle of the road okay - you gets what you pay for - so I wouldn't criticize the quality.

However, customer service is another thing! We had them delivered to my house, as my son and DIL work all day. Got an email advising on date (only provided all-day slot) and only half the order turned up - no note of this on delivery note!

I tried to contact the company and you can only do this via a web-based contact facility (apparently, it's in the terms and conditions you sign when placing order).

Took ages but eventually got email saying rest of order would be another 10-15 days. As I was due to go on holiday, I have to use the online feedback to tell them that order would have to go to different address if it was after a certain date.

I could go on for ages but suffice to say, the courier company were much more help than Blinds.net whose refusal to actually deal with my problem(s) via phone or direct email turned what should have been a simple task in an epic. So I would advise against using this company at all costs (based on my personal experience only)!
