Exercise and hiding the chocolate worked for me! I lost nearly 18lb over 6 months, mainly thanks to the wii fit, found it gentle and fun exercise, also going easy on the alcohol and lots of fruit helped. My weight has crept up by a couple of pounds over winter but is starting to fall off again with healthier lighter dinners, though does take planning and I must admit I still eat and buy chocolate, but I bargain with myself - 1 square for every 10 situps! Also strong flavoured things help me beat naughty cravings, like liqorice - spoiled my tastebuds for anything else! Either way am sure you will look beautiful on your wedding day xxI love food, hate waste and have a penchant for sparkly things ::D
Trying to find a work life balance...:rotfl:0 -
i lost 2 stone in 5 months using the bootsdiets website which is cheaper than slimming world. i've never tried slimming world but i know that it wouldn't have worked for me. boots is great and i am back on it mainly to tone up before my wedding which is also in october - they offer a free trial, maybe you should give it a go

whatever you decide to do, i hope you feel more confident about things soon - packing a bit of extra timber doesn't make you a different person. i don't think we'll ever be entirely satisfied with our bodies, so as long as you're a healthy weight you might as well just enjoy life!!!! xxxx0
