Navman Sat Nav not working

Hello All,

I have a Navman S50 3D about 18 months old. Tried to use it today and the screen is showing the USB connnection picture, like it is connected to a PC. I have switched it off and on, reset it, plugged it into the computer and "safely removed", fully charged it. Nothing, just keeps displaying the pic and I can't do anything else. Any ideas or is it deaded ?

Mine did this a while ago... and then got to the point where it wouldn't go past the "accept T&C" page...

Solution is to plug into computer... open the navdesk software and then delete the GPS logs - it's just the memory that's full that locks it up

Ok - loaded up software (never used it before), how do I get the software to recognise the Navman ?? I have NavDesk 2008 installed but it is very vague !! How do I look at the logs on my Navman ? Please help.:(
