New radiator fitted today hardly getting hot

Not a great day to be testing this!

Having downstairs loo refitted. Had a very tall radiator fitted this one

The plumber did not check all was working before leaving today, he is back tomorrow. All the radiators were opened, system drained and radiators aired fully again when new radiator connected up.

Any way tonight I though I'd better check it all works and all the old radiators get hot but the new one is getting hot on bar 2 and 3 from the left but only about 6 inches up, the rest of the bars are freezing cold.

The radiator is fully opnened, any ideas? All the others are burning hot. Now have all my windows wide open letting heat out.
