May not help you but i had a similar issue when ordering from play.com
Prior to returning it, i called them and said it was significantly different in colour and had i known the real colour, i would never have ordered it and personally, i would class it as a fault as the item was not as described. Nowhere on the site did it say item colour may vary. I asked the girl if that would be classed as unwanted or faulty (as obvioulys unwanted i would be liable for the postage) and she said faulty
I recorded the call and made sure i got her name and noted the time/date of the call.
I included a note with the item as to why i was returning it and i was refunded postage costs.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
