and i was about 18, and remember crying with all the complaints that it didnt work, the time i spent recalibrating the tape decks on those things.

Strangely, it’s that 'white noise' that now causes me to have fits, like the stereotypical flashing lights most think of if you mention epilepsy, only mine is audio in a certain spectrum and frequancy.
Even stranger UPS's emitted the same sort of noise; well the big ones do….
Have often wondered if there is a connection in there somewhere :think:
