In an expired cancelled passport I have a USA Nonimmigrant Visa valid for Multiple entries and also states that it lasts Indefinitely. It was issued in Mar 1984, the year of my last visit to the US.
Will I still need an ESTA application form or is my existing Visa still valid?

Burroughs visas became invalid in 2004.0
