Best Place to House Swap?

Hoping someone has some sage wisdom to impart on this one.
My Father has a house in Andalucia he wants to swap for something on/near the coast in the South of England but has no idea where to start. It's not his main residence and he doesn't need to swap like for like. The spanish house is a detached villa with sea and mountain views; 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large private pool and will come fully furnished. He's simply looking to swap it for what would be a second home in the UK, though it doesn't have to be anywhere near the size.
Can anyone recommend any good sites for this sort of thing or any other ideas how to go about it?
