How important is Rightmove for Scottish properties?

Someone on another thread mentioned Rightmove and it got me thinking. Our Estate agent does not subscribe to Rightmove, so my property is not listed there. I keep reading that it is very important to be listed on Rightmove but as we are in Scotland it may be different here. I'm not sure... We are on ESPC but is that enough? I've noticed that an online agency could advertise the property -- on Rightmove and other places -- for around £200. I'm not sure if that would be a waste of money or not.

See my note on your other thread. I get the impression RM has made more of an impact in the Glasgow area, but not in the East.
I'd suggest you'd (almost) be throwing £200 away.0 -
tbh im in livingston and when i was looking i would check both rightmove and espc and occasionally new propertys would show up on both or either
the house i ended up buying was on both
