Cardale Garage Door Locks

I have moved to a house which has a cardale garage door but no keys for it. I can open from the inside no problem for access - but would like to get a new lock so I can open from outside. The handle is a Euro handle - does this mean I can buy a eurolock from anywhere? - it looks the same as the cardale ones. I have had a look around on the web and noticed cardle ones (from garage door companies) are about 3 times the price of a normal eurolock that you could buy from somewhere like screwfix. Does anyone know exactly what size barrell cardale euro locks are? (it's a bit dark now to take the thing to bits) Any advice would be useful.
if i had known then what i know now

Replacement barrels are available from Cardale for around £20 c/w 2 keys. They need to know whether yours is round shaped or `funny` irregular shaped apparently.
I`d personally stick with Cardale so you can be sure the replacement fitsI`m now officially too old to die young0 -
