has anyone got this and do they have a good experience of it, my mum is moving into a flat and she uses the phone a great deal but is a moderate internet user, she already has a mobile phone with them and the prices seem really reasonable

Hi, I have just gone onto O2 for home phone. I already had their broadband and I was on O2 mobile PAYG before it was O2. Despite all the doom mongers I went for the Calls inclusive option. This cost £1 odd more than the basic BT line rental that I was on so all 01-02-03 calls are free (inclusive - for the nitpickers). I can still use 18185 when required. The customer service is very good and always in English. I did receive a nice deal for broadband just before I changed. I now have basic for £5 a month. All recommended and I hope this helps. Good luck.0
