I have a current account, a small savings account and my credit card (which I clear every month). I think you get more points using their credit card.... I'm actually with smile the co-op's internet bank.
Not actually with them for purely money saving reasons, although I have a free over draft facility should I need it, changed to them for ethical reasons.

sadly, your accounts and credit card are of little use on this forum, since they will be denied to a BR.

Their Ethics go far beyond the expected norm, too...ask any BR?

Certainly a good deal further than the normal high street rabble.

You should receive a co-op membership statement twice a year telling you have many points you have accumulated and how much money that equates to. I get the money in the form of vouchers. My latest statement came on Monday past.

I don't use the card so doubt I have any points which is why they don't write to me. I'm off to go and have a mosey on the divi website.. once again dear Alastair - thank you :)

As far as I know anyone can become a member of the co-op. You can usually pick up an application in any co-op store

I don't believe it!!!! I've had a co-op a/c for over 30 years and I've never known this- I've just joined up today - my car insurance & house insurance are both with the co-op - and as our nearest little supermarket is East of England Co-op - if I pay with my debit card, I'll win twice over - because I already have a dividend card with them & have just recieved £25 in dividend vouchers - so thank you very much for letting me know about this!
