Working Tax credits -max joint income levels

I have not been on this forum for some time-so i aplogise vwhere no doubt this is covered elsewhere, but in very simple terms -what is the max earning level at which you no longer qualify for working tax credit.

My wife and i were granted WTC in 2009/10 where our joint income was about £16000.

I am now back in work and have submitted estimate for 2010/11 as joint income of £26600,and have been granted WTC.

At what joint income level would we cease to qualify for WTC ?
(is it on a sliding scale)

( i work 43 hours and my wife 32 hours.)

If my wifes hours increase to say 36 hours-would that change things

Appreciate anyones time and trouble for a reply/assistance

It's around £18000 (just over)...but your tax credits are based on the lesser of this year and last year's income, so it's rightly based on your £16000 at the moment. Next year you won't get any working tax credits if your income carries on as it is.
