I bought the Sun this morning in readiness to shop at Tesco but I thought I would phone CS first just to check. The answer was no they are not taking that coupon.
It seems that everytime a new conditional spend coupon is available my local put the block on it. Has anyone else had this problem? Also can anyone point me in the right direction of the latest email from Tesco advising of their conditional spend policy.
Thanks in advance.
I recieved a letter from them in late June 2010,where they confirmed they took conditional spend vouchers from the following competitors,as long as the minimum spend has been met.
Asda
Morrisons
Sainsburys
Co-op
M&S
Waitrose
Boots
Aldi0 -

I'm just waiting for T's to move the goalposts like they usually do - I'd rather go to Morrisons anyway but the store is 10 miles away from home and I don't want to do a £40 shop in 30 minutes on a lunchtime.
I do have a £5 off a £50 shop at T's from a clubcard mailing but don't need to do a big shop at moment with a freezer full of Finest main meals from the recent glitch. The Finest sweets went down well at the BBQ on Sunday

had a reply from asda yesterday at 09.42,
Good Morning Gillian,
Thank you very much for your email about the accident you had at our St Austell store in Cornwall.
I'm sorry to hear you fell on a wet floor. How are you feeling now? I should imagine your injuries have been quite painful. I understand you are going through a traumatic time at the moment and slipping in store won't have helped.
I have asked our General Store Manager to give you a call to discuss your accident and to make sure it was logged accordingly. When accidents occur in store we have strict procedures to follow. I'm disappointed to hear my colleagues were not helpful nor did they show any concern, we want our all colleagues to be warm and friendly and always happy to help.
My colleagues should have cleared the wet floor and placed wet floor signs to warn other customers of the hazard that was there. I will be asking store to look in to this too.
I can certainly see why you are disappointed with the way your accident was dealt with. Please be assured store will be contacting you. I have asked them to do this straight away in my email to them.
Once again, I am very sorry for your fall. I hope you are feeling much better. If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Kind Regards
 as yet l have had no phone call or any other contact. :mad:Live for today, for tomorrow is promised to no-one.
