kitchen cpboard door query

Hi
We have really naff kitchen cupboards (HA porperty), they are the basic white type with silver metal strips across the tops on the bottom doors and metal strips at the bottom of the top doors, that have gone past there best, can these strips bereplaced and if so where do you get them from?
