Promotion open to all UK residents Channel Isles & Isle Of Man (CI & IOM online entry only) aged 16 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Britvic Soft Drinks Limited (the �Promoter�), PepsiCo Inc., Cisco Systems, Inc, their affiliated companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
2. To enter on-line: For free online entry route, enter the 10 character unique code found on promotional packs of Pepsi, Pepsi MAX and Diet Pepsi at www.pepsi.co.uk/flip.
3. To enter via SMS: Text the 10 character unique code (with no spaces) found on promotional packs of Pepsi, Pepsi MAX and Diet Pepsi to 62948.
4. All text messages you send to 62948 cost 25p plus standard network rate (inc. VAT). All text messages received from 62948 are included within the cost of entry. Please note that SMS entries may not fall within your mobile network�s �text-inclusive� packages.
5. You may be able to enter when roaming outside the UK. Please note: If you enter from outside the UK, foreign network operator charges may apply.
6. 62948 is available on all UK mobile networks.
7. There is no limit to the number of entries per email/mobile number or the number of times an entrant can win. Only one code can be entered at a time. No bulk, consumer group, third party or agent entries will be valid.
8. All text and web entries will receive a confirmation message of their entry via their method of entry.
9. The opening date for receipt of entries is 05.07.10 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 28.03.11.
10. No Purchase Necessary route: To enter with the same chance of winning, and without product purchase, simply send your name, date of birth and contact number to: Pepsi Flip Promotion, PO Box 1000, Warrington, WA4 6YB. Your entry will be entered into the next available draw. Only one entry will be accepted per stamped envelope.
11. There is one prize of a FLIP MINO HD to be won every 10 minutes between noon and 6pm everyday from 05.07.2010 until 30.08.2010 inclusive. The first draw takes place at 12.10pm daily. There are 2053 FLIP MINO HD�s to be won in total.
12. Entries received after 6pm on 30.08.2010 will go into a final prize draw to win 1 x Flip MINO HD. This final prize draw will close at midnight on 28.03.2011.
13. SMS/Web entries will be included in the first draw available after their receipt. No responsibility will be accepted for any entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or miss-sent for any reason whatsoever. Proof of entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt, and no refund of costs will be given.
14. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed.
16. The Promoter cannot guarantee that the entry routes will be available 100% of the time. However, entries received will be queued until the next available draw. All entries will be included in just one draw.
17. Winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all valid entries received for each closing date. There is a total of 2053 Draws. 2052 will be drawn from 05.07.2010 to 30.08.2010 (inclusive). A final late entry draw will be drawn on 28.03.2010. The winner will be notified by telephone by no later than 5 days after the date of draw in which they enter. The prize must be claimed within 28 days after the draw has been made. All reasonable effort will be made to contact winners, however, if the prize is not claimed by 28 days of the draw then the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn at the same time as the initial draw.
18. Prize winners may be required to participate in publicity.
19. The Promoter may collect personal information for the purpose of administering this Promotion. This may include contacting the winner via further text messages or calls regarding this Promotion. We will not share your details with other organisations. In administering this Promotion, the Promoter will not collect more of your personal information than absolutely necessary. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual�s prior consent.
20. For names and counties of winners, please send a SAE to: Pepsi Flip Promotion Results, PO Box 1000, Warrington, WA4 6YB.
21. The prize is non-transferable, non refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
