William Goldberg

I have been using a DMP called William Goldberg Ltd since September 2009. I pay them by standing order on 1st of each month and they have told me that they send cheques to all three of my creditors on 10th of each month, but I have only recently found out that since I have been using the company, they have made 6 late payments each to two of my creditors, which is obviously now showing on my credit file.

I have not been given a great service by William Goldberg, since in April 2010 they did not pay any of my creditors any money due to a system error, but did not contact me to advise me of this, therefore I have given them written notice to cancel the agreement and intend to negociate with my creditors myself.

When I initially started the DMP I was assured by William Goldberg that this would not have any effect on me if I were to move house and need another mortgage, but because of the 12 late payments on my account I find that it does effect me since I have been looking to move lately and nobody will look at me due to my credit file, the only thing on my file is the 12 late payments.

Can anyone give me some advise please???
