I don't use Ebay but curious.

If the seller does decide to accept the buyers price, what is to stop the seller sending just one BD, having proof of postage etc? Package wold be noted as received but the number of items in the package could be less. Not much difference in weight, so you OH could end up paying more than the films are worth. How could you prove being short changed (or in this case short filmed..)

    Does that make sense?

    As I said just curious.

That's an interesting question, and I'm sure I remember seeing it discussed somewhere on here a while ago. I think that one was along the lines of being sent an empty box instead of a laptop/xbox etc. Tracking shows it's been received but it's obviously not the right item!

In this case it's for 13 Blu-rays, so as long as it gets weighed at the PO and this is detailed on the package we would be ok in theory as we could submit the details to Paypal/ebay proving only 1 was sent and not 13. I would hope we would win that case, but you never know with PP!

Has there been any communication from seller? Did bf pay the advertised capped p&p or the amount that the seller had put in the text?
I notice that a lot of people are doing that in clothing, especially bundles, I contacted one the other day as she had a bundle of I think 14 items & had put in pick up only. In the text stated that she would post at a cost of £25 as the bundle weighed a lot, all light summer stuff. Not a new seller a private seller who'd sold loads & loads of clothes, all sizes & styles.
