That's the national maximum cap (i.e. the highest rate that any tenant can receive anywhere in the country). I should think that they will still set the rates different in each area, not have parity everywhere.
I would think there would be a general downwood trend, something to do with how they are adjusting the percentile something or other but as you can tell from my summary, I don't really understand this...
But I'm sure that a local council will communicate the changes when known so keep an eye on your local council website or ask a housing officer.0 -
