Microsoft Xbox 360 (Full System) - £251 delivered + 3500 Boots points + 6% Quidco

Did anyone who had the xbox delivered get it from home delivery network? If so was there any kind of conact nu,ber on the parcel or the card they left? They were meant to deliver my parcel today but didnt. As they didnt leave a delivery card i cant contact them to pick it myself.

I emailed Quidco again re their reply to say that I wasn't holding my breath as I know how long enquiries can take with only 50% cashback at best and this is the reply:



I've just reduced the wait time for Boots enquiries to 3 days so you should be able to raise those now.

With regards to the 50%, this is something implemented by the affiliate network rather than us, they generally only pay us for 50% of the missing amount of untracked sales so therefore this is all we can pass on to users. Technically they are not obligated to pay us anything for untracked sales so on that we do think it's better than our members not receiving anything.

However, as this was a problem specific to Boots tracking and not down to other factors (such as competing cookies) we'd hope to be compensated fully for sales during this period. Obviously we can't guarantee anything but will try our best!

If anyone gets a successful enquiry can they post here again or preferably on the Quidco thread. Also has anyone either got their points from a ACM or at least seen them pending online? I haven't :rolleyes:

I have had a silver ps2 delivered today but no contact number on the box. Sorry

I have nothing showing in quidco for the xbox360 and was wondering what to do next. I have tried looking/going trough quidco help but the date of purchase is not there. Any ideas?

You tried putting a missing earning claim in and there was no date for boots? Maybe post on the refers board. there is a quidco thread which the owner of quidco sometimes answers quiries.

to put in a enquiry:

Login into quidco > click my earnings > at the bottom of the screen: I have missing or incorrect earnings > I have a missing transaction

Use your email address + order number for refrences, and put your address and items ordered in the more details box

When I get to this page I have an option to select a merchant. When I choose Boots I have a few dates non of which corresponds to the date I ordered the system.

Thats odd. I only visited Boots once through Quidco and I checked the date and time and it was around 20 mins before my order email came through so it is right on my account.
Are you sure you actually clicked though before you purchased? Is there nothing on the date/time you purchased, even a few hours before?

Nothing with that date and I am sure I went through quidco. On a another note the xbox360 seems to be faulty as I get red lights on the start button and the unit switces off. I will contact Boots tomorrow.....
