Quite likely I'd say - but not by much considering the PS3 is aimed at a higher price band to begin with - £400+ by most accounts.
Look out at christmas for a little drop - not too much mind (take for example the core price cut from the other day - £10. More like a snip than a cut).

was going to hang on to Mid November to buy one for the lad for xmas, cant leave it much later as I'm away just before Xmas

In a recent statement by Microsoft they have said they will not reduce the price when PS3 comes out... but they would say that wouldnt that :rotfl:
