I need to retune my sky channel due to interference from an adjoining channel. I can get through to rf outlets change the rfchannel number but as soon as ipress select or try to move to save new settings the box switches off.Any body got an answer please

1) Are the batteries in the remote OK?

2) Can you use a SCART lead to connect your Sky Digibox to your TV?


3) The software may be corrupted. Try reloading it as described here
