radio code missing!

hi everyone,
silly old me pulled a wrong fuse in my vectra and now need a radio code which didn't come with the car.
do i need to take whole radio out of dash as the pop out face thingy has some numbers on it?
radio model is CDR 500 which came with the car and guess is original fitment.
numbers on back of pop out thing are;PA6-GF15
GM 13 107 918
