Is it too late to buy GYO plug plants?

A complete GYO novice question, but with the success I'm currently enjoying from some lettuces in window boxes, I want to try growing sweetcorn and some leeks (not in window boxes!).
As we've passed the summer solstice it must be too late to sow them, but am I too late to get plug plants of the above?
