How much for Gas Bill?

Hi
I've had an issue with my gas supply which I think will soon be resolved (thanks e-on) but as a result there will be a charge for a year's worth of gas.
Can anyone give me a rough costing for this so I can brace myself? I'm in a 3 bed house with gas ch which is only on mornings and evenings during the winter (Oct - March/ April).

If you know how many units you have used convert them into Kwh and feed them into a comparison site, you will also need to know your tariff.
Average usage is around 20,000 kwh of gas per annum, around £7 - £800 at a rough guess.

Hi, if the problem was with your supplier then you can ask for a payment arrangement. If you pay by DD then ask for the outstanding amount to be paid over 12 months

Hi Dizzyduck

Don't worry about having to pay for a year's worth of gas usage in one go. As specialsparky says, once you have an accurate charge, give us a call and ask for a payment arrangement. This will allow you to spread the amount over a more manageable period.
