i know it sounds obvious but you should regularly go on to the site and update the 'hot topics' section which continuously adds new questions for you to answer, and maybe the rest of your details if its been a while since youve done that too

I like VO but completed a number weeks ago a couple of diaries. They said I would be paid £10 but theres still no sign of it yet.

I enjoy filling out these surveys. In total I've made about over £100 in about 6 months, though I am a member of over half a dozen sites.

I just did an alcohol diary on VO and its already showing as pending. I've had about £40 in Tesco gift cards from them in the past 6 months- definitely the best survey site in my humble opinion....:cool:

I emailed them about not being paid for a survey which involved a diary which hasn't even shown as pending and they said there is a backlog which they hope to clear by the end of this week.

was that the one about lynx/playstation/nike/nokia? If so mine is still showing as pending once i complete the final diary, filled it in twice now. I emailed and got a reply saying they should be added within the next week.

Also the tesco vouchers? Do they work like tesco clubcard vouchers? ie £10 worth £40? or is it your average voucher type?

Ive just tested a hair conditioner for them and got paid £9.50 for it!!
Oh and by the way, they wont pay you if you press the back button to change your answers Ive tried it and I got a message on my account giveing that as the reason for not being paid, was worth a try though!!

all my 'pending' payments are finally today in my account, all except the £5 drinks diary which is still pending.... ive figured they do pend for a long time but if youre in no rush then im thinking 'so what?!'
